REFUND POLICY

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All items are inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality. If an occasion arises where the item is found damaged, please email us ordercrunchy7@gmail.com a description and a photo of the damage. We'll provide a return label for you to ship it back to us. Upon inspection we'll replace the item or refund the cost of the damaged item. We will update you of your return status within a few days of receiving the returned item.

We will graciously accept your returns up to 30 days from date of purchase.

Your item will exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:

You communicated with us within 30 days of receipt.
The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and with tags intact.
A copy of the original sales receipt is included.
No returns for sizing errors, so please ensure correct sizing by viewing the sizing chart.

We are not responsible for damage to any item due to mishandling ie. improper washing, drying or other. We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. If you are exchanging an item for another one, and add any additional purchase, we will ship back to you for free! Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.

In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) some products are not eligible for return: These items will have a notation in their description.

Care Instructions:

For best results: Cold or warm wash inside out, and tumble dry low or line dry. Do not bleach or use a bleach alternative. Do not iron or apply heat directly over the print. If you must iron, use a cover sheet and iron at lowest setting, do not steam on or near image.
